The Challenge

Redesign a non-electronic product with a minimum of 5 parts. Reinterpret and improve this product 3 times, using fewer parts while improving usability and design.
The Outcome

Starting with a magnifying consisting of 9 parts, through fresnel lenses co-molded with silicone casting we ran a manufacturing line that lowered not only part count siginifcantly but costs as well.
